Oct. 28

MULTIPLE OFFENSES: Possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia were reported in the 900 block of Wilson Ridge Road, Boone.

Oct. 29

ARREST: John Daniel Bryan, 38, of 338 Brook Hollow Road, Boone, was arrested on an order for arrest on a non-support charge. Bryan was issued a $1,450 bond and a Dec. 7 court date.

ARREST: Jason Lee May, 31, of 300 Fall Branch Road, Mountain City, Tenn., was arrested on an order for arrest and charged with driving while license revoked. May was issued a $2,500 secured bond and a Nov. 16 court date.

RESISTING: Resisting a public officer was reported in the 11000 block of N.C. 105 South, Banner Elk.

DUI: Driving under the influence was reported in the 2700 block of N.C. 15 South, Boone.

LARCENY: Larceny of a trailer was reported in the 300 block of Old Turnpike Road, Boone.

Oct. 30

ARREST: Melisa Diana Triplett, 39, of 1080 Trackside Way, Hudson, was arrested and charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance. Triplett was issued a $2,000 secured bond and a Nov. 20 court date.

UNWITNESSED DEATH: An unwitnessed death was reported in the 2300 block of Georges Gap Road, Vilas.

LARCENY: Larceny of a Stihl weedeater and chainsaw was reported in the 300 block of Mary Ellen Lane, Deep Gap.

Oct. 31

LARCENY: Larceny of negotiable instruments was reported in the 100 block of Cranberry Trail, Zionville.

TRESPASSING: Trespassing was reported in the 800 block of Summer Day Drive, Blowing Rock.

Nov. 1

ARREST: Jeffrey Lee Warren, 41, of 3238 U.S. 321 N., Sugar Grove, was arrested and charged with interfering with an electronic monitoring device. Warren was issued a $1,000 secured bond and a Dec. 13 court date.

ASSAULT: Aggravated assault was reported in the 1500 block of U.S. 421 North, Boone.

OFFENSE: A suspicious bag containing several locks of different colored hair was reported in the 400 block of Sherwood Road, Vilas.

Nov. 2

ARREST: Tony Lee Jones, 41, of 1410 Crackers Neck Road, Lot 1, Mountain City, Tenn., was arrested and charged with no operators license, a fictitious plate and no liability insurance. Jones was issued a $500 secured bond and a Nov. 21 court date.

ARREST: Eugene Gurney Canter, 43, of 3849 Meat Camp Road, Todd, was arrested and charged with failure to appear. Canter was issued a $1,000 secured bond and a Dec. 13 court date.

MULTIPLE OFFENSES: Breaking and entering other structures and larceny of three 20 volt lithium batteries and Porter Cable brand wrench, drill and battery charger were reported in the 4000 block of N.C. 194 North, Boone.

MULTIPLE OFFENSES: Possession of a schedule III controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license revoked were reported in the 500 block of Elk Creek Road, Deep Gap.

Nov. 3

ARREST: Desiray June Nichols, 25, no address listed, was arrested and charged with communicating threats. Nichols was issued a $500 secured bond and a Dec. 13 court date.

LARCENY: Larceny of a Gatormade trailer was reported in the 700 block of N.C. 105 Bypass, Boone.

HARASSMENT: Harassment was reported in the 300 block of Harmon Road, Banner Elk.

OFFENSE: An offense of a person allegedly possessing narcotics was reported in the 4000 block of N.C. 421 North, Vilas.

Nov. 4

BREAKING/ENTERING: Breaking or entering was reported in the 2100 block of Deerfield Road, Boone.

DRUG VIOLATIONS: Three counts of drug/narcotic violations by possession of methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia were reported in the 1800 block of Blowing Rock Road, Boone.

MULTIPLE OFFENSES: Damage to a fence and gate and leaving the scene of an accident were reported in the 2500 block of Mountain Dale Road, Vilas.

WITNESSED DEATH: A witnessed death was reported in the 100 block of Stony Fork Road, Deep Gap.

LARCENY: Misdemeanor larceny of a bed spread, sheets and pillow cases was reported in the 100 block of Fox Hollow Drive, Banner Elk.
