March 4

ARREST: Michael Howard Tabb, 31, of 1053 E. Chew St., Apt. F, Allentown, Pa., was arrested and charged with resisting a public officer, two counts of failure to appear on speeding charges, failure to appear on an operating a vehicle with no insurance charge, failure to appear on a school attendance law violation charge, failure to appear on a first-degree trespassing charge, failure to appear on a fraud disposal mortgage property charge, failure to appear on a deliver/accept blank open title charge, failure to return rental property, operating a vehicle with no insurance and forgery. Tabb was issued an $86,350 secured bond and an April 12 court date.

ARREST: Tori Jasmine Hunsicker, 27, of 4530 Doris Drive, Allentown, Pa., was arrested and charged with harboring a fugitive, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, possession of a firearm with an altered serial number, possession of marijuana, possession of cocaine and possession of methamphetamine. Hunsicker was issued a $15,000 secured bond and an April 12 court date.

ASSAULT: Simple assault was reported in the 300 block of Brook Hollow Road.

March 5

MULTIPLE OFFENSES: Possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a schedule II controlled substance were reported in the 700 block of Blowing Rock Road.

SEX OFFENSE: A statutory sexual offense was reported in the 200 block of Pilgrims Way.

LARCENY: Larceny of Phenergan was reported in the 100 block of Tremont Drive.

SEX OFFENSE: Indecent liberties with a child was reported in the 200 block of Faculty Street.

March 6

ARREST: Chase Lawrence Grogan, 35, of 121 Wilson Brown Road, Boone, was arrested and charged with DWI. Grogan was released on a written promise and was given an April 12 court date.

LARCENY: Misdemeanor larceny of a car topper sign was reported in the 400 block of Old Bristol Road.

BREAKING/ENTERING: Burglary/breaking and entering and theft of various bottles of alcohol, a PlayStation console, a handgun and a shotgun were reported in the 100 block of Tulip Tree Lane.

March 7

ARREST: David Warner Thompson, 51, of 1530 S. 3rd St., Louisville, Ky., was arrested and charged with DWI. Thompson was released on a written promise and was given an April 12 court date.

INTIMIDATION: Two counts of intimidation were reported in the 2400 block of N.C. 105.

ROAD RAGE: Two counts of a road rage incident were reported in the area of Blowing Rock Road.

March 8

ARREST: Catherine Letitia Matz, 21, of 3535 Terra Firma Drive, Lenoir, was arrested and charged with DWI. Matz was released on a written promise and was given an April 12 court date.

ARREST: Nathan Gary Norman, 39, no address listed, was arrested and charged with being intoxicated and disruptive, misdemeanor larceny, communicating threats, misdemeanor larceny and defrauding an innkeeper. Norman was issued a $750 secured bond and an April 12 court date.

MULTIPLE OFFENSES: Two counts of misdemeanor larceny of packed meat, $20 and a prepared meal, two counts of being intoxicated and disruptive, two counts of defrauding an innkeeper and two counts of communicating threats were reported in the 2100 block of Blowing Rock Road.

March 9

ARREST: Dimenna Everett, 22, of 505 Green St., Boone, was arrested and charged with DWI. Everett was released on a written promise and was given an April 12 court date.

ARREST: Adam Andrew Burgess, 31, of 338 Brook Hollow Road, Boone, was arrested and charged with failure to appear. Burgess was issued a $1,500 secured bond and an April 17 court date.

THEFT: Theft of an N.C. registration plate was reported in the 1600 block of Blowing Rock Road.

MULTIPLE OFFENSES: Two counts of burglary/breaking and entering and two counts of felony larceny of 12 items were reported in the 100 block of Cecil Miller Road.

March 10

ARREST: Douglas Wayne Stanaland, 48, of 817 Old Mountain Road, Boone, was arrested and charged with expired inspection, expired registration plate, driving while license revoked and felony probation violation. Stanaland was issued an $11,000 secured bond and an April 12 court date.
