July 8

ARREST: Spencer Dwayne Church, 36, no address listed, was arrested and charged with larceny and trespassing. Church was issued a $2,000 secured bond and an Aug. 30 court date.

ARREST: Shane Hampton Sheaff, 48, of 417 Wild Turkey Crossing, Deep Gap, was arrested and charged with failure to appear. Sheaff was issued a $3,000 secured bond and an Aug. 13 court date.

ARREST: Susan Anne DiCristofano, 52, of 530 Troy Norris Road, Boone, was arrested on a warrant service on a non-Boone Police Department warrant and charged with possession of methamphetamine. DiCristofano was issued a $10,000 secured bond and an Aug. 30 court date.

July 9

ARREST: Eric Nicholas Ferguson, 39, no address listed, was arrested and charged with second-degree trespassing. Ferguson was issued a $500 secured bond and an Aug. 26 court date.

SUSPICIOUS INCIDENT: A suspicious incident was reported in the 200 block of Shadowline Drive.

TRESPASSING: Second-degree trespassing was reported in the 200 block of Watauga Village Drive.

July 10

ARREST: Heather Louise Hammac, 31, no address listed, was arrested and charged with second-degree trespassing. Hammac was issued a $1,500 secured bond and a July 10 court date.

SHOPLIFTING: Shoplifting of a coloring book was reported in the 300 block of Industrial Park Drive.

July 11

ARREST: Robert Glen Phillippi, 46, of 254 Cross Mountain Road, Mountain City, Tenn., was arrested and charged with two counts of simple possession of a schedule III controlled substance and obtaining property by false pretense. Phillippi was issued a $10,000 secured bond and an Aug. 26 court date.

SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY: Suspicious activity was reported in the 100 block of New Market Centre.

July 12

ARREST: Mitchell David Fitzsimons, 19, of Pine St., Boone, was arrested and charged with resisting a public officer, consuming alcohol by a person who is 19/20 and disorderly conduct. Fitzsimons was issued a $750 secured bond and an Aug. 26 court date.

July 13

ARREST: Patrick T. Liner, 45, of 118 Rocky Lane, Boone, was arrested and charged with DUI. Liner was released on a written promise and was given an Aug. 26 court date.

LOST PROPERTY: Lost property was reported in the 2400 block of N.C. 105.

LARCENY: Larceny of an I.D. card was reported in the 1000 block of Blowing Rock Road.

July 14

ASSAULT: Simple assault was reported in the 100 block of New Market Centre.
