Assistant Property ManagerĀ position open

This position requires an attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple situations simultaneously, and ability to learn quickly. The candidate will need to be able to start as soon as possible and have Monday through Thursday 9-5 and Friday 9-4 availability. This time of year is focused on preparation for our busy season, so candidate must be able to pick up the job and duties quickly. Daily tasks include emailing property owner clients and renters, coordinating maintenance, and onboarding new renters. Candidate may have some office manager duties once familiar with the position.
