Tai chi is an ancient Chinese tradition—a series of very specific integrated postures in fluid sequence—that today is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. These movements are low impact and, unlike most acts of everyday living, can challenge balance, strength, and focus as participants strive for unity and harmonious connections. Instructor Tim Winecoff  focuses on living arts; primarily studying, cultivating and sharing the nurturing characteristics of Taiji as body movement therapy. Classes are held in a gallery at the Turchin Center.

No class will be held on November 2o
