Tai chi is an ancient Chinese tradition—a series of very specific integrated postures in fluid sequence—that today is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. These movements are low impact and, unlike most acts of everyday living, can challenge balance, strength, and focus as participants strive for unity and harmonious connections. Among the common benefits of Tai Chi are increased range of motion, improved sleep patterns, reduced anxiety, and better self-awareness.
