Mr. Ronnie Eugene Potter, 41, of Meat Camp Road, Todd, died Wednesday morning, Dec. 29, 2004, at the Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem.
He was born March 11, 1963, in Watauga County, a son of Luther and Ruby Miller Potter.
Mr. Potter was owner and operator of Potter Logging Company.
Survivors include his wife, Kim Miller Potter; one daughter, Megan Potter of the home; two sisters, Gail Oliver and husband, Neal, of Zionville, and Glenda Flahart and husband, Dale, of Todd; and three brothers, Wayne Potter of Meat Camp, Dale Potter and wife, Leslie of King, and Kerry Potter and wife, Pam, of Glendale Springs.
Services were conducted Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m. at the Proffit’s Grove Baptist Church, officiated by the Rev. Delmar James. Burial followed in the Pleasant Valley Cemetery.
