Ms. Claudia Jean Williams, 51, of Blythewood, S.C., died Friday, Dec. 10, 2004.
She was born in Fort Monmouth, N.J., a daughter of Claude Arthur and Willa Jean Tolley Williams.
Ms. Williams was a graduate of Spring Valley High School, a U.S. Army veteran, and retired as an Air Traffic Controller at the Atlanta Center. She was a member of Sandy Level Baptist Church.
Survivors include her parents, Claude Arthur and Willa Jean Tolley Williams of Columbia, S.C.; two brothers, John Charles Williams and his wife, Pamela, of Raleigh, N.C. and Mark Edward Williams and his wife, Joan, of Sonoita, Ariz.; a sister, Camellia W. Dial and her husband, Allard, of Columbia, S.C.; and two nephews, Matthew and Jordan Williams; and one niece, Gina Moak.
Services will be conducted Friday morning at 11 a.m. at Sandy Level Baptist Church in Blythewood, S.C., with burial in the church cemetery.
The family received friends Thursday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Dunbar Funeral Home, Gervais Street Chapel.
