Knowledge of Windows desktops and applications in domain/network environments a must. Applicant must be able to provide phone support, remote support, on-site support and be able to work with Level 2 and Level 3 technicians. Travel is required, applicant must have reliable transportation. Professional attire required. This is an entry level position wit opportunity for advancement. Full time, Monday- Friday, health, dental and vision insurance, paid sick and vacation. On-call support is required and after hours projects required.
