July 24
Tonya Yvonne Patrick, 29, of 707 Johnson Road, N. Wilkesboro, was arrested on view on charges of simple possession of a schedule VI controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. She was placed in the Watauga County Detention Center and is scheduled to appear in district court on Sept. 29 in lieu of a secured $500 bond.
Bobby Randall Bowers, 30, of 168 Garden Terrace Lane, Millers Creek, was arrested on view on charges of permitting the operation of a vehicle without insurance, simple possession of a schedule VI controlled substance and resisting a public officer. He is scheduled to appear in district court on Sept. 29 in lieu of an unsecured bond.
Bobby Wayne Wyatt, 49, of 168 Garden Terrace Lane, Millers Creek, was arrested on view on charges of driving while impaired, fictitious information to an officer and a revoked registration plate. He was placed in the Watauga County Detention Center and is scheduled to appear in district court on Sept. 29 in lieu of a secured $750 bond.
Charles William Coker, 40, of 6230 U.S. 221 South, Blowing Rock, was arrested on view on driving on an expired tag and driving while license revoked. He was placed in the Watauga County Detention Center and is scheduled to appear in district court on Sept. 29 in lieu of a secured $500 bond.
Timothy Scott Brown, 38, of 591 Main St., Blowing Rock, was arrested on view on simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance, simple possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting a public officer. He was placed in the Watauga County Detention Center and is scheduled to appear in district court on Sept. 29 in lieu of a secured $10,000 bond.
Seth Ashley Thomson, 30, of 246 Old Bristol Road, Boone, was served with a warrant for arrest on a charge of simple physical assault. He is scheduled to appear in district court on Sept. 29 in lieu of an unsecured $1,000 bond.
Larceny was reported in open land area on the 300 block of Chaplin Lane in Todd. Welded pieces of steel from a bridge were reported stolen.
Larceny was reported at the Quality Plus on the 4400 block of U.S. 421 in Vilas. A person drove off without paying for $17.92 in fuel.

July 25

Timothy Scott Brown, 38, of 591 Main Street, Blowing Rock, was served with a warrant on a charge of felony identity theft. He was placed in the Watauga County Detention Center and is scheduled to appear in district court on Sept. 29 in lieu of a secured $10,000 bond.
Criminal damage to property by vandalism was reported at a residence on the 100 block of Corbett McNeil Road in Boone. The victim reported a person threw a rock at his/her truck.
An incident of identity theft was reported at a business on the 700 block of Blowing Rock Road. The victim reported a person used his/her information to rent movies.

July 26
Victor Manuel Estrada, 41, of 219 Monteagle Drive, Boone, was served with a warrant for arrest on a charge of assault on a female. He was placed in the Watauga County Detention Center and is scheduled to appear in district court on Sept. 9.

July 27
Walter Leroy Edmisten, 59, of 470 Walter Edmisten Road, Deep Gap, was served with a warrant for a simple non-physical assault. He was placed in the Watauga County Detention Center and is scheduled to appear in district court on Sept. 15 in lieu of a secured $1,000 bond.
Criminal damage to property by vandalism was reported at a parking lot on the 100 block of Long Street in Boone. The victim reported a window broken out of a vehicle.
