July 14
Harassing phone calls were reported at 8:30 a.m. on the 100 block of Ferncliff Road.
Criminal damage to property by vandalism was reported at 6:41 a.m. on the 2000 block of Blowing Rock Road.
Fraud by obtaining money and/or property by false pretenses was reported at 800 State Farm Road. There were five victims in the incident.
A motor vehicle theft was reported at 12:26 p.m. in the parking lot of New Market Centre. A Mitsubishi truck, belonging to Hollar and Green Produce Company, was reported stolen.
Damage to property was reported at 12 p.m. at Branch Outdoors on U.S. 421.
Fraud using an automated teller machine or credit card machine was reported at 2:07 p.m. on the 1100 block of Blowing Rock Road.
Officers responded to a report of an intoxicated person at 2:38 p.m. on the 200 block of Watauga Village Drive.
Injury to real property and secret peeping were reported at 9:32 p.m. at the Parthenon Café on Blowing Rock Road. There were four victims in the incident.
Arrest: Gabriel Enriquez Tomas, 30, of 180 Bluebird Lane, Boone, was arrested at 9:32 p.m. on charges of resisting a public officer, injury to real property and secret peeping.
July 16
Larceny by shoplifting was reported at 1:33 p.m. at Belk’s department store in the Boone Mall.
Motor vehicle theft was reported at 3:20 p.m. in the parking lot of New Market Centre. A Ford F-150 truck was reported stolen.
Larceny was reported at 5:58 p.m. on the 200 block of Woodlands Drive. A Weed Eater was reported stolen.
A simple physical assault was reported at 11:18 p.m. on the 1000 block of East King Street.
Arrests: Theodore T. Clevenger, 24, of 693 Elk Lane, Deep Gap, was arrested at 3:45 p.m. on a charge of assault with a deadly weapon.
Ryan C. Nelsen, 22, of 209 Kelly Lane, Hendersonville, was arrested at 4 p.m. on a charge of simple physical assault.
Tony B. Tang, 22, of 114 Sweetwater Hills drive, Hendersonville, was arrested at 4:15 p.m. on a charge of simple physical assault.
Joshua Bridges, 22, of 5789 Poovey Drive, Granite Falls, was arrested at 9:17 a.m. on charges of larceny and burglary.
July 17
A breaking and entering was reported at 3:08 a.m. on the 300 block of Howards Street.
