May 29
A simple physical assault was reported at 5:48 a.m. on the 100 block of Ridgewood Drive.

Larceny was reported at 11:05 a.m. at Deerfield Ridge on Bamboo Road.

Larceny was reported at 11:07 a.m. on the 400 block of High School Drive.

The use (uttering) of a forged instrument was reported at 2 p.m. on the 200 block of Postal Street.

May 30
Officers responded to a domestic dispute at 1:57 a.m. on the 300 block of Yosef Drive.

Criminal damage to property by vandalism was reported at 2:10 a.m. at the Gold Closeout Connection on East King Street.

Officers responded to a report of an intoxicated person at 7:57 a.m. on the 300 block of West King Street.

An incident of communicating threats was reported at 10:22 a.m. on the 100 block of Laurel Drive.

Larceny was reported at 1:35 p.m. on the 300 block of West King Street.

Arrests: David Lee Porter, 30, of 166 Dry Pond Drive, Boone, was arrested at 7:39 a.m. on a charge of driving while license revoked.

Nicholas Erich Owings, 25, of 1145 Fairway Drive, Boone, was arrested at 4:57 p.m. on charges of communicating threats and assault and battery.

May 31
An incident of defrauding an innkeeper was reported at 1:05 a.m. at Murphy’s Pub and Restaurant on West King Street.

Arrests: Emily Grace Pritchett, 19, of 684 N.C. 194 South, Boone, was arrested at 12:12 a.m. on charges of underage possession of a malt beverage, a provisional license violation and driving while impaired.

Mauricio Martinez, 35, of 168 Monteagle Drive, Boone, was arrested at 1:57 a.m. on a charge of defrauding an innkeeper.

Holt Evans Broadhurst, 21, of 301 Mockingbird Lane, Wake Forrest, was arrested at 3:33 a.m. on charges of diving while impaired and a traffic infraction.

Michael Thomas Carson, 21, of 299 Jefferson Road, Boone, was arrested at 6:14 a.m. on a charge of driving while impaired.

June 1
Larceny of auto parts or accessories was reported at 9:08 a.m. at Custom Muffler and Tire on N.C. 105 Extension. Wheel rotors were reported stolen.

Harassment was reported at 8:43 p.m. on the 800 block of Dogwood Road.

Arrest: Johnny Randall Main, 37, of 385 Grand Blvd., Boone, was arrested at 12:20 p.m. on charge of harassing phone calls and communicating threats.

June 2
Damage to property and a verbal dispute were reported at 4:07 a.m. on the 100 block of Straight Street.
