District Court Judge Ted McEntire presiding and Charlene Norris prosecuting on behalf of the state.
Mark Douglas Pierson, 54, of 6682 Old U.S. 421, Zionville, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor larceny and shoplifting. He was sentenced to 45 days in jail, suspended, 12 months supervised probation, and assessed a $100 fine and court costs.
A charge of misdemeanor stalking was dismissed against Valesia Powers, age unspecified, of 110 Bettys Circle, Boone.
A charge of assault on a female was dismissed against Sabino Robles, 40, of 107 Patton Lane, Boone.
An order for arrest was issued for Lance Colby Ross, 21, address unknown, for failure to appear on a probation violation. A secure $10,000 bond was set.
Thomas Lee Smith, 17, of 8509 Brook Meadow Lane, Lewisville, pleaded guilty to driving after consuming alcohol while underage. A prayer for judgment continued was granted.
An order for arrest was issued for Kyle Patrick Snyder, 21, of 303 Grove St., Lincolnton, for failure to appear on two charges of possession of an alcoholic beverage while underage. A secured $1,000 bond was set. Incident occurred in 2007.
A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed against Ashley Rae Stewart, 21, of 746 Howard St., Boone.
An order for arrest was issued for Dillion James Sweeney, 17, of P.O. Box 412, Vilas, for failure to appear on charges of communicating threats and littering not more than 15 pounds. A secure $500 bond was set.
Blake Lindsley Wiley, 38, of 200 T.N. 67, Trade, Tenn., pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. A prayer for judgment continued was granted.
