Four arrested on
multiple drug charges
An ongoing narcotics investigation has led to the arrest of four Boone residents who have been charged with numerous drug offenses.
Arrested by the Boone Police Department were the following:
Andrew Winton Johnson IV, 37, of 130 Birch St., Apt. 37, was charged with three counts of possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, two counts of sale and delivery of marijuana), possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of maintaining a dwelling for controlled substance.
Johnson was taken before the Watauga County magistrate, where he was given a $35,000 secured bond and an April 1 court date.
Sheila Marie Larson, 22, of 130 Birch St., Apt. 37, was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a dwelling for controlled substance.
Larson was taken before the Watauga County magistrate, where she was given a $12,000 secured bond and an April 1 court date.
Larry Joe Patterson, 41, of Boone Village Apt. 16, was charged with two counts of conspiracy to sell cocaine.
Patterson was taken before the Watauga County magistrate, where she was given a $10,000 secured bond and an April 1 court date.
Andy Reyes Arcos, 24, of 183 Summer Drive was charged with two counts of conspiracy to sell cocaine, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, sale and delivery of cocaine and simple possession of marijuana.
Arcos was taken before the Watauga County magistrate, where she was given a $30,000 secured bond and an April 1 court date.
