March 9
Burglary with forced entry was reported on the 2900 Clarks Creek in Banner Elk. The victim reported a person pushed out the window in the kitchen.
Thomas Arthur Slettvet II, 19, of 5547 Castleford Road, Todd, was served with an order for arrest for two court violations, possession of alcohol by an underage person, a drug violation and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to appear in district court on April 17.
Jason Lyn Brown, 25, of 2146 Silverstone Road, Zionville, was served with on order for arrest for failure to pay support. He was placed in the Watauga County Detention Center and is scheduled to appear in district court on April 3 in lieu of a secured $1,743 bond.
Mitchell Truett Ward, 32, of 2616 Piper Place, Lenoir, was served with an order for arrest on a for failure to pay support. He is scheduled to appear in district court on March 19 in lieu of an unsecured $1,206.
Guillero Ascencio Gonzalez, 17, of 121 Monteagle Drive, Boone, was served with an order for arrest for a court violation. He is scheduled to appear in district court on April 17.
Coral Raine Parker, 16, of 4465 N.C. 194 North, Boone, was served with a criminal summons on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, a drug violation and possession of alcohol by an underage person. She is scheduled to appear in district court on April 17.
Burglary with forced entry and communicating threats were reported at a residence on the 8200 block of U.S. 321 in Sugar Grove. The victim reported the front door of the home was kicked in.
