Oct. 19
Timothy Roy Nelson, 22, of 195 Green St., Apt. D, Boone, was served with an arrest warrant on charges of communicating threats, second degree trespassing, felony possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was placed in the Watauga County Detention Center and is scheduled to appear in district court on Nov. 17 in lieu of secured $5,000 and $1,000 bonds.
A person was reported missing from an assisted living facility on Graggville Road in Boone. The person was found the same day.
Jeremiah Caleb Lawson, 26, of 415 Hite Williams Road, Zionville, was arrested on view on a charge of driving while license revoked. He was placed in the Watauga County Detention Center and is scheduled to appear in district court on Dec. 15 in lieu of a $750 secured bond.
An incident of fraud was reported at Lowes Hardware in Boone. The victim applied for a line of credit with the business and another person used the credit line to purchase a total of $658.92 worth of items.
Oct. 20
An incident of fraud was reported at a residence on the 400 block of Silverstone Road in Vilas. The victim reported a person taking his/her debit card and using it to purchase goods.
Randy Cribb, 52, of 242 Poplar Creek Drive, Todd, was served with an arrest warrant on charges of assault on a female, simple assault and communicating threats. He was placed in the Watauga County Detention Center and is scheduled to appear in district court on Nov. 12 in lieu of a $750 secured bond.
Travis Lee Small, 38, of 1503 Isaacs Branch Road, Sugar Grove, was served with an arrest warrant on a charge of assault on a child under the age of 12. He was placed in the Watauga County Detention Center and is scheduled to appear in district court on Nov. 17 in lieu of a $750 secured bond.
Damage to property was reported at a residence on the 800 block of Proffit Road in Boone. The victim reported the bolts were removed from the stand of a fuel tank and the tank pushed over.
Damage to property was reported at a residence on the 200 block of Corbet McNeil, town unspecified. The victim reported the living room window of the home had been broken with an unknown object.
A check, in the amount of $300, was reported stolen from a residential mailbox on the 400 block of Panoramic Lane in Boone.
Fraud and identity theft were reported by a resident of Sunny View Lane in Fleetwood. The victim reported a person ordered magazines, using his/her name and former address on Dovick Drive in Foscoe.
Oct. 21
Damage to property was reported at a residence on the 2400 block of Linville Creek Road in Vilas. The victim reported the rear passenger window of a vehicle had been broken with an unknown object.
Oct. 22
Rita Lynn Zaby, 34, of 759 Sherwood Road, Sugar Grove, was served with an arrest warrant on charges of simple assault and communicating threats. She is scheduled to appear in district court on Nov. 17 in lieu of a written promise bond.
Marshall Brooks Tellekamp, 50, of 236 Chestnut Circle, Blowing Rock, was served with an arrest warrant on charges of breaking and entering and two counts of communicating threats. He is scheduled to appear in district court on Nov. 17 in lieu of a written promise bond.
Jonathan D. Lane, 30, of 293 Hensels Lane, Boone, was arrested on view on a charge of driving while license revoked. He is scheduled to appear in district court on Nov. 17 in lieu of an unsecured $500 bond.
Jason Richard Morsette, 29, of 2173 Meat Camp Road, Boone, was served with an arrest warrant for failure to appear at a scheduled superior court date. He was placed in the Watauga County Detention Center and is scheduled to appear in superior court on Dec. 1 in lieu of a secured $50,000 bond.
Larceny was reported at a residence on the 2000 block of U.S. 421, town unspecified. The victim reported a person entered the home without the use of force and removed jewelry, a digital camera and food items.
Larceny was reported in the parking lot of the Bibleway Baptist Church on George Wilson Road in Boone.
The victim reported a denim bag containing personal belongs, a credit card and checkbook was stolen from a vehicle in the parking lot.
