Boone Police reports:

April 15
Larceny from a motor vehicle was reported at 12:20 p.m. on the 100 block of Windy Drive. Two mp3 players with an arm band carrier and charger were reported stolen.


Burglary with non-forced entry was reported at 1:22 p.m. on the 500 block of Meadowview Drive. A laptop computer, game console with two controllers and an external hard drive were reported stolen.


Larceny of auto parts and accessories was reported at 4:17 p.m on Triumph Lane. A vehicle registration plate was reported stolen.


Arrests:
Brian Lee, 26, of 526 Stadium Drive Apt. 12, was charged with possessing and/or concealing weapons at 2:15 p.m.

April 16
Arrest: Thomas Brewer, 31, address listed as homeless, was charged with trespassing at 1:05 a.m.

April 17
Larceny from a motor vehicle and tampering with a motor vehicle were reported at 3:17 p.m on the 600 block of Greenway Road. Jumper cables and various hand tools were reported stolen.

Communicating threats was reported at 6:02 p.m. on the 200 block of Junaluska Road.


Larceny by shoplifting was reported at 8:53 p.m. at a business on the 1000 block of East King Street.
Medications, Clariton A and Tylenol Sinus, were reported stolen.


Arrest: Vergil Hardy, 29, of 10221 N.C. 105 South, Banner Elk, was charged with driving while license revoked, a revoked registration plate and driving while impaired at 7:35 p.m.

April 18
Motor vehicle theft was reported at 10:38 a.m. on the 1500 block of West King Street. A Honda Civic was reported stolen.


Larceny by shoplifting was reported at 8:37 p.m. at a business on the 1100 block of Blowing Rock Road. Clothing was reported stolen.


Arrests: Roberto Aguirre, 45, of 509 Corliss St., Greensboro, was charged with driving while license revoked at 10:25 p.m.

Javier Hemandez, 42, of 1015 Glendale Drive Apt. 16-A, Greensboro, was charged with failure to stop at a red light and driving while license revoked at 11 p.m.

April 19
Officers responded to a possible attempted overdose at 1:14 a.m. on the 100 block of Robin Lane.


Burglary with forced entry was reported at 8:44 a.m. at a business on the 1400 block of N.C. 105. A cash register and an undisclosed amount of cash were reported stolen.


A possible breaking and entering of a motor vehicle was reported at 9:37 p.m. in the parking lot of New Market Centre.

Arrest: Ariel Lipscomb, 21, of 219 Green St. Apt. 8, Boone, was charged with larceny by shoplifting at 6:13 p.m.


April 20
A simple physical assault was reported at 8:28 a.m. on the 2300 block of N.C. 105.
