Boone Police reports:

April 7
A simple physical assault was reported at 12:59 a.m. on the 500 block of Old East King Street.

A motor vehicle theft was reported at 9:53 a.m. on the 200 block of Southgate Drive. An Oldsmobile Achieva was reported stolen.

Criminal damage to property by vandalism was reported at 11:59 a.m. at the visitors lot of Village at Meadowview.

Fraud using an automated teller machine was reported at 12:19 p.m. on the Poplar Grove Connector Road. Cash was reported stolen.

A simple physical assault was reported at 12:36 p.m. on the 100 block of Ivy Drive.

Criminal damage to property by vandalism was reported at 1:53 p.m. on the 100 block of Boone Creek Drive.

Larceny from a motor vehicle was reported at 2:44 p.m. on the 200 block of East King Street. A credit card, a Texas Instruments calculator, mp3 player and a Sony camera were reported stolen.

Arrest:
Nathaniel Sean Osborne, 23, of 135 Candy Lane, Boone, was charged with a court violation at 8:02 p.m.

April 9
Larceny was reported at 7:29 a.m. on the 600 block of Blowing Rock Road. Cash was reported stolen.

Vehicle window damage was reported at 9:13 p.m. on the 600 block of Madison Avenue.

Arrests:
Jerry Carson, 38, of 1416 Jenkins Road, Gastonia, was charged with driving while license revoked at 9:55 a.m.

Christopher Michael Whitley, 21, of 101 Red Feather Trail, Boone, was charged with driving while revoked at 2:12 p.m.

Willis Paul Hicks, 64, of 142 Browns Farm Road, Boone, was charged with disorderly conduct at 4:26 p.m.

Brent Butler, 24, of 492 Teaberry Hills Road, Boone, was charged with driving while license revoked, speeding, aggressive driving and fleeing to elude arrest at 11:45 p.m.

April 11
Criminal damage to property by vandalism with graffiti was reported at 5:04 a.m. on the 200 block of Wallace Circle.

Criminal damage to property by vandalism with graffiti was reported at 9:01 a.m. on the 200 block of Howard Street.

Larceny by shoplifting was reported at 1:32 p.m. in two stores of the Boone Mall.

Larceny was reported at 4:20 p.m. on the 1100 block of Blowing Rock Road.
