Boone police officers are still searching for three suspects in connection to an armed robbery late Tuesday night.

Three individuals were at an apartment at 127 Park St. when they heard a knock on the door at 11:30 p.m.

Upon answering the door, the individuals reported they were confronted by two white males and one black male with hooded sweatshirts and bandannas over their faces.

The suspects were described as in their early twenties. The men were alleged to be armed with a shotgun and two baseball bats.

The victims reported the suspects demanded money and were given a wallet containing a small amount of cash. The suspects then fled in what is believed to be a blue Scion automobile.

There were no injuries in the incident.
