Boone Police reports

Feb. 26
Simple physical assault was reported at 10:18 p.m. by a guest at the Super 8 Motel on N.C. 105.

Arrests:
Nathaniel Osborne, 23, of 135 Chandy St., Boone, was arrested at 10 a.m. on charges of communicating threats and assault on a female.

Feb. 27
Motor vehicle theft was reported from the parking lot of the Red Carpet Inn at 1:56 p.m.

Communicating threats was reported at 7:16 p.m. on the 300 block of New Market Boulevard.

Arrests:
Beau Huffstetler-Snow, 26, of 824 Westminster Circle SW, Lenoir, was arrested at 2:43 a.m. on charges of driving while impaired and another unspecified traffic violation.

David Port, 19, of 114 Little Sugar Lane, Sugar Mountain, was arrested at 3:20 p.m. on charges of fraudulent driver's license and underage attempt to purchase alcohol.

Feb. 29
Credit card fraud was reported at 11:12 a.m. on the 700 block of West King Street.

Communicating threats was reported at 7:09 p.m. on the 400 block of Hardin Street.

Arrests:
Lauren Bouffard, 20, of 224 Yosef Drive, Boone, was arrested at 1:05 a.m. on a charge of simple physical assault.

Daniel Garcia, 26, of 134 Coffey St. Apt. 4, Boone, was arrested at 8:31 p.m on a charge of computer trespassing.

Steven Powers, 54, of 417 Blowing Rock Road Apt. 3, Boone, was arrested at 8:54 p.m. on a charge of communicating threats.

Gregory Luxton, 20, of 161 Fifth St., Boone, was arrested at 11:53 p.m. on charges of a provisional licensee violation and driving while license revoked.

March 1
Aggravated assault was reported at 4:56 a.m. on the 700 block of Howard Street.

Arrests:
Jason McBee, 29, of 524 Falls Creek Road, Todd, was arrested at 3:39 a.m. on charges of hit and run and driving while impaired.

Devon Sabato, 17, of 746 Howard St. Apt. B14, Boone, was arrested at 11 a.m. on a charge of assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury.

Daniel Gregory, 20, of 3576 South N.C. 58, Nashville, was arrested at 4:48 p.m. on charges of resisting, obstructing or delaying justice by giving false information, affray and drug violations. He was also served with an order for arrest for failure to appear at a previous scheduled court appearance.

Alex Millager, 20, of 406 Waterside Drive, Carrboro, was arrested at 11:59 p.m. on charges of left of center and a provisional licensee violation.

March 2
Larceny by shoplifting was reported at 2:37 p.m. on the 1100 block of Blowing Rock Road.

Criminal damage to property was reported at 4:21 p.m. on the 300 block of Meadowview Drive.

Arrests:
Deborah Bowers, 51, of 256 Windy Drive, Boone, was arrested at 4:14 p.m. on charges of driving while impaired and no operator's license.
