Jan. 10
Forgery was reported at 1:17 p.m. on the 300 block of Deerfield Road.

Shoplifting was reported at 3:30 p.m. on the 1100 Blowing Rock Road.

Larceny from a motor vehicle was reported at 4:10 p.m. on the 2500 block of N.C. 105.

Arrests:
Ryan Habig, 23, of 170 Chestnut Way Road, Beech Mountain, was arrested at 1:11 a.m. on a charge of driving while impaired.

Benjamin Brown, 35, of 265 Westbrook Drive, Boone, was arrested at 9 a.m. on a charge of larceny.

Jan. 11
Criminal damage to property was reported at 9:15 a.m. on the 100 block of Wood Circle.

Larceny was reported at 1 p.m. on the 400 block of Madison Avenue.

Larceny from a motor vehicle was reported at 1:13 p.m. at New Market Center.

Arrest: Matthew Rash, 18, of 71 Fourth St., Marion, was arrested at 10:39 p.m. on charges of driving while impaired, a provisional license violation, and a liquor law violations.

Jan. 12
Criminal damage to property was reported at 2:30 a.m. on the 1700 block of N.C. 105.

Burglary with forcible entry and larceny was reported at 5:41 a.m. on the 2000 block of South Blowing Rock Road.

Simple physical assault was reported at 11:42 a.m. on the 300 block of Meadowview Drive.

Jan. 13
Shoplifting was reported at 3:15 p.m. on the 1800 block of Blowing Rock Road.

Larceny was reported at 7:06 p.m. on the 100 block of Hardin Street.

Arrest: Kimberly Moore, 33, of 190 Winter Drive, Boone, was arrested at 3:16 p.m. on a charge of shoplifting.

Jan. 14
Burglary with forcible entry was reported at 7:15 a.m. on the 1500 East King Street.

Larceny was reported at 4:26 p.m. on the 200 block of Jefferson Road.

Jan. 15
Criminal damage to property was reported at 8:05 a.m. on the 700 block of George Wilson Road.

Arrests:
Michael Pesta, 18, of Burlwood Drive, Charlotte, was arrested at 1:22 a.m. on charges of resisting, obstructing or delaying officers, criminal damage to personal property, and criminal damage to real property.

Charles Whitson, 33, of 2144 Big Hill Road, Boone, was arrested at 9:30 a.m. on a charge of obtaining money or property by false pretenses.

Nicholas Henry, 22, of 314 Meadowview Drive Apt. 423, Boone, was arrested at 11:41 a.m. on a charge of simple assault.

Charles Murchison, 22, of 107 South Fourth St., Wilmington, was arrested at 10:15 p.m. on a charge of affray.

McGregor Holmes, 21, of 1908 Wolcott Ave., Wilmington, was arrested at 10:15 p.m. on a charge of affray.

Jan. 16
Criminal damage to property was reported at 12:20 a.m. on the 400 block of West King Street.

Arrests:
Michael Shearer, 25, of 311 Halsey Trail, Bostic, was arrested at 12:35 a.m. on a charge of criminal damage to property.

Matthew Alexander, 21, of 302 West King Street, Boone, was arrested at 10:17 a.m. on charges of driving while license revoked, driving without insurance and drug violations.

Andrew Johnson, 36, of 346 Pine Cemetery, Pageland, was arrested at 1:05 p.m. on a charge of driving while license revoked.

Christopher Sedilo, 33, of 133 Wildcat Road, Deep Gap, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. on a charge of a domestic violence protective order violation.
