The Falcons were led by Derrick Truesdale and Thomas Carr, who both scored 15 points. Also scoring in double figures for the Falcons were Logan Call (12 points) and Quintel Maxwell (10 points).

MISENHEIMER — Pfeiffer held Lees-McRae scoreless in the final 8:21 of its 66-55 victory over the Bobcats Monday night.
Lees-McRae (4-9, 3-4 Carolinas Conference) got 17 points from Renee Roberson and 11 rebounds from Stephanie Mullinax. Roberson shot 67 percent from the field and hit all three of her foul shots.
But two turnovers helped Pfeiffer (6-7, 3-3) claim a 37-28 halftime lead after Lees-McRae led for the first five minutes of the game.
Lees-McRae pulled to within five points with 15:32 left in the second half on a Roberson 3-pointer, but Pfeiffer’s Dominique China answered with a 3-pointer of her own. Another Falcons basket off a Lees-McRae turnover effectively gave Pfeiffer the lead for good.
