Charges of driving while license revoked and operating a vehicle without insurance were dismissed against George David Arnett, 28, of 425 Timber Ridge Road, Sugar Grove.
A charge of second degree trespassing was dismissed against Jennifer Lee Beach, 20, of 4110 Leinbach Drive, Winston Salem, due to compliance with conditions previously set by the court.
Charges of misdemeanor possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, a schedule II controlled substance and drug paraphernalia were dismissed against Bobby Wayne Carter Jr., 18, of 6325 Business Loop I-85, Jamestown, due to compliance with conditions previously set by the court.
A charge of second degree trespassing was dismissed against Mary Kristene Carter, 19, of 1295 White Rock Road, Pinnacle, due to compliance with conditions previously set by the court.
An order for arrest was issued for Brittany Sue Cauthren, 21, of 1700 Rock Creek Dairy Road, Whitsett, for failure to appear on a charge of littering not more than 15 pounds.
A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed against Erik Franklin Donham, 20, of 3116 Creekwood Road, Monroe, for compliance with conditions previously set by the court.
Andrew Wagner Eller, 20, of 500 Lynhaven Court, Winston Salem, pleaded guilty to a noise ordinance violation. He was assessed a $50 fine and court costs.
Bud Ottis Forrester, 33, of 478 Furnace Creek Road, Mountain City, Tenn., pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 45 days in jail, suspended, 18 months unsupervised probation, and assessed a $50 fine and court costs.
Henry Roosevelt Hatcher, 20, of 151 Summit Woods Drive Apt. B-4, Blowing Rock, pleaded guilty to inhaling toxic vapors and possession of stolen goods or property. He was sentenced to a total of 60 days in jail, with credit for 23 days served, and 36 months unsupervised probation. Hatcher was assessed a $50 fine and court costs.
Charges of possession of marijuana up to one half ounce and drug paraphernalia were dismissed against Tyler Michael Healy, 19, of 318 Bowie Residence Hall, Boone, due to compliance with conditions previously set by the court.
Michael D. Hobbs Jr., 28, 302 West King Street, Boone, was placed in the Watauga County Detention Center for 48 hours for contempt of court. Hobbs was present to address a charge of intoxicated and disruptive behavior. That matter has been placed on the docket for Jan. 14.
An order for arrest was issued for Timothy Jobcar, 44, of 862 Blowing Rock Road, Boone, for failure to appear on charges of expired registration and operating a vehicle without insurance.
A charge of possession of marijuana up to one half ounce was dismissed against Tyler Simmons Jones, 24, of 98 Holiday Way, Clemson, S.C., due to compliance with conditions previously set by the court.
Charges of possession of marijuana up to one half ounce and drug paraphernalia were dismissed against Jesse Field Kellogg, 19, of 205 Julia Court, Jacksonville, due to compliance with conditions previously set by the court.
An order for arrest was issued for Marion W. Kilgore, 29, of 326 Brown Farm Road, Boone, for failure to appear on charges of driving while license revoked and driving without two headlamps.
A charge of second degree trespassing was dismissed against Christopher Kirkham, 19, of 2064 Edgewood Lane, Boone, due to compliance with conditions previously set by the court.
A charge of second degree trespassing was dismissed against Jessie Noel Lovelace, 19, of 142 Hayes Cove Road, Leicester, due to compliance with conditions previously set by the court.
An order for arrest was issued for Franklin Rosario Luca, 18, of 502 Coltrane Residence Hall, Boone, for failure to appear on charges of possession of marijuana up to one half ounce and drug paraphernalia.
Charges of possession of marijuana up to one half ounce and drug paraphernalia were dismissed against Christopher A. Malcolm, 18, of 310 Melody Circle, Swannanoa, due to compliance with conditions previously set by the court.
Charges of possession of marijuana up to one half ounce and drug paraphernalia were dismissed against Carl John Manner III, 19, of 410 Coltrane Residence Hall, Boone, due to compliance with conditions previously set by the court.
Brennan Tyler Manning, 20, of 304 Monroe Street, South Boston, Va., pleaded guilty to a noise ordinance violation. He was assessed a $50 fine and court costs.
An order for arrest was issued for Stephen Peter Mocilan, 45, of 745 Pleasant Hill Drive, Elkin, for failure to appear on a charge of assault on a female. A $3,000 secured bond was set.
An order for arrest was issued for Marinda Dawn Munger, 27, of 1159 Briggstown Road, Lexington, for failure to appear on a charge of larceny of motor fuel.
A charge of no operator's license was dismissed against Andrew Blaine Oliver, 22, of 420 Hermitage Court, Charlotte.
Jesse James Parker, 25, of Rush Branch Road, Sugar Grove, pleaded guilty to resisting public officer. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for 14 days served.
Paul Daniel Perez, 23, of 414 Jim Gilliland Road, Siler City, pleaded guilty to second degree trespassing. He was assessed court costs.
Warren Elkanaha Roop, 23, of 3483 Snow Creek Road, Bakersville, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana up to one half ounce. He was assessed a $50 fine and court costs.
A charge of injury to real property was dismissed against Jared Wayne Shrewsbury, 20, of 214 Oak Street Apt. 1, Boone, due to compliance with conditions previously set by the court.
A charge of second degree trespassing was dismissed against Adam Kincaid Ward, 18, of 1126 Corrina Road, Wake Forrest, due to compliance with condition previously set by the court.
An order for arrest was issued for Thomas Dean Wheeling, 24, of 173 Haigler Road S.E., Lenoir, for failure to appear on a charge of driving while impaired. A secured $1,000 bond was set.
Charges of injury to personal property and purchasing/obtaining alcohol by an underage person were dismissed against Ryan Lee Youngblood, 18, of 333 Meeting House Circle, Raleigh, due to compliance with conditions previously set by the court.
A charge of second degree trespassing was dismissed against Kerry M. Zimmerman, 19, of 1219 Irisberry Road, Axton, Va., due to compliance with conditions previously set by the court.
Joshua Alan Bishop, 17, of 268 Hob Nob Road, Deep Gap, pleaded guilty to inhaling toxic vapors. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, and 18 months unsupervised probation.
Donna T. Lindquist, 46, of 111 Laurel Reach Lane, Boone, pleaded guilty to second degree trespassing. She was sentenced to five days in jail, with credit for five days served.
