Criminal damage to property was reported at 7:11 p.m. on the 100 block of Oak Street.
Larceny was reported at 10:22 p.m. on the 300 block of Farthing Street.
Arrests: Lacy Maguire, 22, of 4033 12th St. NE, St. Petersburg, Fla., was arrested at 2:46 a.m. and charged with driving while impaired and speeding.
Richard Yates, 74, of 190 Green Briar Lane, Boone, was arrested at 7:41 a.m. and charged with communicating threats and simple physical assault.
Dec. 10
Burglary with forcible entry was reported at 7:34 a.m. on the 500 block of East King Street.
Larceny was reported at 7:49 a.m. on the 100 block of Robin Lane.
Larceny was reported at 8:46 a.m. on the 300 block of Jefferson Road.
Burglary with forcible entry was reported at 9:23 a.m. at a business in New Market Center.
Larceny of auto parts and accessories was reported at 9:50 a.m. on the 200 block of Sunset Drive.
Larceny was reported at 9:50 a.m. on the 600 block of N.C. 105 Extension.
Larceny was reported at 10:11 a.m. on 700 block of Hillcrest Circle.
Larceny from a motor vehicle was reported at 2:48 p.m. on the 100 block of PSI Drive.
Arrests: Daniel Caylor, 31, of 159 Gragg St., Boone, was arrested at 11:57 a.m. and charged with having a fictitious tag and no insurance.
Joshua Jarvis, 19, of 194 Lunceford Lane, Mountain City, Tenn., was arrested at 11:15 p.m. and charged with aggressive driving and a provisional licensee violation.
