Dec. 3
Criminal damage to property was reported at 2:58 a.m. at an apartment on Delorean Place.

Communicating threats was reported at 3:08 p.m. in the parking lot of New Market Centre.

Damage to property was reported at 5:11 p.m. in the parking lot of New Market Centre.

Arrests:
Anna Smith, 43, of 165 Robin Lane Apt. 106, Boone was arrested at 9:55 p.m. as a fugitive from justice for an outstanding warrant in Johnson County, Tenn.

Dec. 4
Fraud was reported at 8 a.m. at a business on West King Street.

Shoplifting was reported at 12:33 p.m. at a business on King Street.

Lost property was reported at 1:43 p.m. on West King Street.

A dispute was reported at 4:18 p.m. in the parking lot of New Market Centre.

Fraud was reported at 4:24 p.m. on Market Court.

Criminal damage to property and larceny were reported at 6:42 p.m. on Blowing Rock Road. Three vending machines were broken into and coins stolen.

Arrests: Avery Simmons, 27, of 305 Governor Stokes Road, Wilkesboro, was arrested at 10:40 a.m., charged with driving while license revoked and drug violations.

Dec. 5
Arrests: Zachary Roberts, 21. of 3402 Marsh Hawk Court, Wilmington, was arrested at 1:44 a.m., charged with driving while impaired and possession of a schedule VI narcotic.
