Colin Nicholson Anhut, 19, of 118 Laurel Wreath Lane, Cary, pleaded guilty to obtaining alcohol using a false driver’s license. Anhut was assessed a $100 fine and court costs.
Garrett Charles Bowne, 19, of 260 32nd Ave. NW, Hickory, pleaded guilty to driving after consuming alcohol while underage. A prayer for judgment continued was granted.
A charge of simple assault was dismissed against David Joseph Braun, 22, of 3191 W. Calvin St., Claremont, due to successful mediation.
Jonathan S. Burrell, 29, of 1801 Arnold Drive, Charlotte, pleaded guilty to driving while impaired. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation and 24 hours of community service to be completed within 30 days. Burrell was assessed $100 fine and court costs. A charge of speeding was dismissed.
A charge of simple assault was dismissed against Terri G. Collins, 41, of 217 Crystal Lane, Walhalla, S.C., due to successful mediation.
John Michael Dillon, 42, of 117 Glenwood Ave., Knoxville, Tenn., pleaded guilty to simple assault, misdemeanor larceny and possession of stolen goods or property. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended, four years supervised probation and 50 hours of community service to be completed within 12 months. Dillon was ordered to participate and complete substance abuse treatment and anger management. He was assessed $520 in court appointed attorney fees and community service fees. Charges of resisting public officer and breaking and entering of a motor vehicle were dismissed.
A charge of simple assault was dismissed against George Nicolas Foster, 18, of 515 Junaluska Road, Boone, due to successful mediation.
Gregory Ray Fulgum, 46, of 340 Deer Path Lane, Lexington, pleaded guilty to driving while impaired. He was sentenced to 30 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, and 24 hours of community service to be completed within 30 days. Fulgum was assessed a $100 fine, court costs and community service fees.
An order for arrest was issued for Servando R. Galvan, 18, of 201 Hensels Lane, Boone, for failure to appear on a charge of driving while license revoked and an equipment violation. A secured $300 bond was set.
Jarvis Tyree Glover, 25, of 1173 Highland Hall Road, Boone, admitted a misdemeanor probation violation. His probation was revoked and he was given 61 days credit for time served.
Joshua David Goodwin, 19, of 135 Ore Knob Mine Road, Jefferson, pleaded guilty to driving after consuming alcohol while underage and simple possession of a schedule VI controlled substance. Sentencing was consolidated into 45 days in jail, suspended, one year supervised probation and 24 hours of community service. Goodwin was assessed a $100 fine, court costs and community service fees. Charges of speeding and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed.
An order for arrest was issued for Robert Jason Greene, 30, of 2975 Broadstone Road, Sugar Grove, for failure to appear on a charge of driving while license revoked.
A charge of simple affray was dismissed against Roy Louis Harral, 24, of 107 Hubert Norris Road, Boone, due to successful mediation.
An order for arrest was issued for James C. Hillburn Jr., 18, of 125 Karen St., Cary, for failure to appear on a charge of injury to personal property. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana up to one half ounce and weapons on educational property were dismissed against Joshua Alan Hodges, 17, of 3758 Wildcat Road, Deep Gap, due to compliance with conditions previously set by the court.
Dillon Lee Isaacs, 19, of 4872 U.S. 421 North, Vilas, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. A prayer for judgment continued was granted. Isaacs was assessed $162.50 in court appointed attorney fees.
Charges of operating a vehicle without insurance and expired driver’s license were dismissed against Robert Branto Jackson, 20, of 1008 Laurel Woods Road, Gastonia.
An order for arrest was issued for Lucas Blake Johnson, 23, of 1109 Vannstone Road, Raleigh, for failure to appear on charges of driving while license revoked and failure to stop at a sign or flashing red light.
A charge of simple affray was dismissed against Johnathan Kampfer, 19, of 613 Junaluska Road, Boone, due to successful mediation.
James Ryan Kelly, 30, of 200 Rainbow Trail Apartments, Boone, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. A prayer for judgment continued was granted. Charges of speeding and an unsealed alcohol container in the passenger area were dismissed.
A charge of aiding the underage purchase of alcohol was dismissed against Kevin Mark Nason, 22, of 4455 Mooresville Road, Salisbury, due to compliance with conditions previously set by the court.
Erica Harwell Norvell, 30, of 302 West King St., Boone, pleaded guilty to four counts of obtaining property by false pretenses, forgery of an instrument and uttering a forged instrument. Sentencing totaled 12 to 16 months in jail, suspended, 48 months supervised probation and 50 hours of community service.
Charges of simple assault, injury to personal property, assault with a deadly weapon and communicating threats were dismissed against Marcus Erich Neutzi, 22, of 346 Nahum Road, Moravian Falls, due to successful mediation.
A charge of simple affray against Joshua Hunter Pegram, 23, of 6702 Polo Farms Drive, Summerfield, was dismissed due to successful mediation.
An order for arrest was issued for John Justin Ratledge, 24, of 1215 Rom Eller Road, Ferguson, for failure to appear on charges of speeding and operating a vehicle without insurance. A $1,000 secured bond was set.
Stephen Curtis Voisey, 17, of 1459 Dutch Creek Road, Banner Elk, pleaded guilty to possession of alcohol while underage and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, two years unsupervised probation and assessed a $100 fine.
Matthew Noah Williams, 25, of 1553 W. King St., Boone, pleaded guilty to driving while licensed revoked. He was sentenced to 45 days in jail suspended and one year supervised probation. Williams was assessed a $200 fine and court costs.
Daniel D. Forrester, 43, of 7692 N.C. 194 North, Boone, pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor probation violations. The probation was revoked and Forrester was ordered to serve 24 months and 120 days in jail with credit for 73 days served.
Les James Thirtle, 19, of 110 Sunset Drive Apt. 5, Blowing Rock, pleaded guilty to larceny of a motor vehicle, identity theft and misdemeanor larceny. He was sentenced to 8-10 months in jail, suspended, two years supervised probation with six months intensive, 72 hours of community service within 180 days and five narcotics/alcoholics anonymous meetings per week.
Richard Douglas Davis, 34, of 945 North College St., Charlotte, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor larceny. He was sentenced to 45 days in jail, suspended, 24 months unsupervised probation, and assessed a $200 fine, court costs and $900 in restitution.
Conley E. Yates, 34, of 14 Clyde Townsend Apartments, Boone, pleaded guilty to a probation vioaltion. The probation was revoked and Yates is to serve 150 days in jail with credit for 39 days served.
