An order for arrest was issued for Cameron T. Bowers, 21, of 7305 Villanow Drive, Sanford for failure to appear on charges of driving left of center and failure to report an accident.

An order for arrest was issued for Edward Lee Flanagan, 38, of 186 Cottontail Trail, West Jefferson for failure to appear on a misdemeanor probation violation. A secured $1,000 bond was set.

A charge of possession of stolen goods and/or property was dismissed Trenton Benjamin Mason, 23, 1606 Hunter Oaks Lane, Monroe due to compliance with terms previously set by the court.

An order for arrest was issued for Ruthie Nicole May, 25, of 169 Poplar Creek Estates, Todd for failure to appear on a misdemeanor probation violation. A $200 cash bond was set.

A charge of defrauding an innkeeper was dismissed against Miranda Leigh Minnick, 21, of 503 Morrell Town Road, Bristol due to compliance with terms previously set by the court.

Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana up to one half ounce were dismissed against Brian Bane Mull, 23, of 237 Bloomfield Drive, Blowing Rock due to compliance with terms previously set by the court.

Charges of possession of marijuana up to one half ounce and drug paraphernalia were dismissed against Edmond Simeon Nichols, 40, of 3233 Stillwell Road, Summerfield due to compliance with terms previously set by the court.

A charge of sexual battery was dismissed against Alejandro Pineda, 57, of 7730 U.S. 421 S., Boone due to compliance with terms previously set by the court.

Charges of possession of marijuana up to one half ounce and drug paraphernalia were dismissed against Bryan Neal Rippy, 26, of 764 Will Perry Road, Vilas due to compliance with terms previously set by the court.

A charge of possession of marijuana up to one half ounce was dismissed against Scott David Thompson, 20, of 316 Schubauer Drive, Cary due to compliance with terms previously set by the court.

An order for arrest was issued for Steven Kyle Walton, 21, off 239 Marich Lane Apt. 30, Boone for failure to appear on a misdemeanor probation violation. A $100 cash bond was set.

Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and alcohol while under 21 were dismissed against Matthew Verno Welborn, 19, of 103A James R. Sease Court, Gilbert, S.C. due to compliance with terms previously set by the court.
