Sept. 1
At 7:02 p.m., criminal damage to property was reported at a business on Blowing Rock Road.

Arrests
April Riggs, 20, of 311 Finley Forest Drive, Chapel Hill was arrested at 2:15 a.m. for DWI on a provisional license and driving left of center.

Wesley Flowers, 21, of 915 Mt. Vernon Ave., Charlotte was arrested at 2:53 a.m. for trespassing.

John Brown, 51, of 222 Tater Hill Road, Vilas and Richard Storms, 61, of 302 W. King St., Boone were arrested at 6:48 p.m. for fighting near Watauga Village Drive.

Russell Salton, 60, of 2116 Sherwood Ave., Charlotte was arrested at 11:07 p.m. for DWI.

Sept. 2
At 2:20 a.m., police responded to a report of credit card fraud at a business on Blowing Rock Road.

Arrests
Christopher Jackson, 24, of 414 Ogburg St., Mooresville was arrested at 3:09 a.m. for speeding, 55 mph in a 35 mph zone, and DWI.

Alex Vaughn, 21, of 128 Excalibur Circle Apt. 106, Boone was arrested at 3:15 a.m. for disorderly conduct and resisting an officer.

Kevin Engel, 47, of 335 Barlow Road, Elk Park was arrested at 4:27 p.m. for motor vehicle theft and resisting and officer.

William Kirkman, 54, of 140 Lake Concord Road, Concord was arrested at 10:04 p.m. for an open container violation.

Sept. 3
At 3:34 a.m., police responded to a report of aggravated assault on Furman Drive.

At 3:47 a.m., police responded to a report of criminal damage to property on Ambling Way.

At 11:36 a.m., police responded to a report of motor vehicle theft in a Hardin Street parking lot.

At 1:47 p.m., police responded to a report of non-forcible entry burglary at an apartment on Oak Street.

At 2:29 p.m., police responded to a report of larceny at an apartment on West King Street.

At 2:57 p.m., police responded to a report of credit card fraud and larceny from a motor vehicle on N.C. 105
At 10:51 p.m., police responded to a report of assault on a female on Junaluska Road.

Arrests
Donald Wilson, 32, of 780 Mohawk Drive, Mountain City, Tenn. was arrested at 2:20 a.m. for DWI.

John Taylor, 20, of 4820 Heath Road, Auburn, Ala. was arrested at 2:30 a.m. for liquor law violations and obstructing/delaying an officer.

Alex Knowles, 19, of 2861 Skye Drive, Fayetteville was arrested at 2:30 a.m. for liquor law violations and obstructing/delaying an officer.

Victor Esponosa, 24, of 204 Furman Road, Boone was arrested at 3:45 a.m. for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Christopher Baird, 21, of 389 Hansong Branch Road, Sugar Grove was arrested at 7:42 a.m. for improper display of registration plate, careless and reckless driving, damage to personal property, resisting public officer, and disorderly conduct.

John Fox, 28, of 275 Junaluska Road, Boone was arrested at 10:51 p.m. for assault on a female.

Sept. 4
Coates Davis, 21, of 601 Museum Drive, Charlotte was arrested at 1:46 a.m. for DWI.
