July 31
At 8:06 a.m. criminal damage to property was reported on Howard Street.
At 9:24 a.m. forcible entry burglary was reported at a business on Daniel Boone Drive.
At 11:24 a.m. fraud was reported at a business on Watauga Village Drive.
At 2:19 p.m. larceny by employee was reported at a restaurant on Blowing Rock Road.

August 1
At 1:47 a.m. larceny was reported at a residence on Boone Docks Street.

August 7
At 1:54 a.m. simple physical assault was reported on Wood Circle.
At 2:25 p.m. fraud, identity theft was reported on Wood Circle.
At 2:37 p.m. criminal damage to property was reported on N.C. 105 Ext.
At 3:26 p.m. larceny from a motor vehicle was reported on Wood Circle.
Arrests
Johnathan Ratliff, 19, of 395 Dove Circle Apt. 1, Boone was arrested at 9:09 a.m. charged with communicating threats and simple physical assault.
Michael Nigro, 19, of 395 Dove Circle Apt. 1, Boone was arrested at 9:09 a.m. charged with communicating threats.
Jeffrey Knack, 42, of 258 Maris Ct., Rochester Hills, Mich. was arrested at 9:35 a.m. charged with driving while impaired, two open container charges and no license.
James Wiley, 23, of 1469 W. King Street Apt. 501, Boone was arrested at 10:37 p.m. charged with driving while license revoked and driving while impaired.
Bobby Winkler, 40, of 130 Larry Winkler Road, Boone was arrested at 12:00 p.m. charged with larceny, two counts of forcible entry burglary and motor vehicle theft.

August 9
At 12:47 p.m. criminal damage to property was reported on West King Street.
At 2:20 p.m. a motor vehicle was reported stolen from Blowing Rock Road.
At 4:10 p.m. a motor vehicle was reported stolen from University Nissan.
At 11:09 p.m. criminal damage to property was reported in a parking lot on Horn in the West Drive.

August 10
Arrests
John Pitts, 42, of Pine Hollow Lane, West Union, S.C. was arrested at 1:03 a.m. charged with assault on a female.
Terri Collins, 51, of 217 Crystal Lane, Walahalla, S.C. was arrested at 1:03 a.m. charged with simple assault.
