An order for arrest was issued for Phillip Wayne Atkins, 36, of 1758 State St., White Pine, Tenn. for failure to appear on one charge of driving without a license. A secured $1,000 bond was set.
An order for arrest was issued for Jessica Marie Atkinson, 21, of 8407 U.S. 87 West, Dublin for failure to appear for a noise ordinance violation.
An order for arrest was issued for Brian Keith Bentley, 21, of 285 Locust Gap Road, Vilas for failure to appear on one charge of driving without a license.
Daniel James German, 25, of 5116 Fort Sumter Road, Raleigh pleaded guilty to possession of pyrotechnics. A prayer for judgment continued was granted and German was assessed court costs.
Jarvis Tyree Glover, 25, of 1173 Highland Hall Road, Boone pleaded guilty to possession of paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 120 days in jail, suspended, one year supervised probation, six months intensive, and 50 hours community service.
An order for arrest was issued for Jason Hamby, 27, of 292 Ayers Road, Ferguson for failure to appear on one charge of driving without a license.
Exceeding safe speed, reckless driving to endanger, expired registration and federal safety inspection violation charges were dismissed against Chad Burgin Higgins, 23, of 292-1 Harrison Road, Boone.
An order for arrest was issued for Larry Joseph Houk, 19, of 156 Underhill Lane, Blowing Rock for failure to appear on charges of unsafe movement and operating a vehicle without insurance.
An order for arrest was issued for Scotty Joe Johnson, 26, of 1171 Fall Branch Road, Mountain City, Tenn. for failure to appear on a charge of larceny of motor fuel.
Alfonso Juarez-Bucho, 20, of 188 Hensel’s Lane, Boone pleaded guilty to driving without a license, failure to secure passenger under the age of 16 and driving a motor vehicle without registration. Sentencing was consolidated into 45 days in jail, suspended, and two years unsupervised probation. Juarez-Bucho was assessed $250 fine and court costs.
An order for arrest was issued for Robert Bradley Mason, 20, of 1606 Hunter Oak Drive, Monroe for failure to appear on charges of expired vehicle inspection sticker and operating a vehicle without insurance.
An order for arrest was issued for Rachel Kate McCrain, 22, of 29 Parkview Drive, Asheville for failure to appear on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and open container.
An order for arrest was issued for Stephanie M. Oxford, 38, of 217 Countryside Drive, Lenoir for failure to appear on charges of operating a vehicle without insurance, speeding and driving without a license.
An order for arrest was issued for James Vadis Price Jr., 38, of 7488 Globe Road, Lenoir for failure to appear on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana up to one half ounce.
An order for arrest was issued for Brian Wendell Railing, 40, of 5184 U.S. 321 Apt. 3, Sugar Grove for failure to appear on charges of operating a vehicle without insurance and giving, lending or borrowing a license plate.
An order for arrest was issued for Marcelo Sanchez Reyes, 31, of 901 Watauga River Road, Sugar Grove for failure to appear on one charge of no operator’s license. A secured $500 bond was set.
Justin Dean Roark, 20, of 3247 Campbell Road, Mountain City, Tenn. pleaded guilty to reckless driving to endanger. A prayer for judgment continued was granted.
An order for arrest was issued for Michael G. Rodriguez, 19, of 165 Martin Lane, Boone for failure to appear on charges driving without a license and speeding.
Erik Andrew Settle, 28, of 420 Jordan V. Cook Road Apt. 1, Boone pleaded guilty to possession of pyrotechnics. A prayer for judgment continued was granted and Settle was assessed court costs.
Jonathan M. Shepherd, 20, of 527 Maple Ave, West Jefferson pleaded guilty to driving after consuming alcohol while under the age of 21. Shepherd was sentenced to 45 days in jail, suspended, one year supervised probation and 24 hours community service. He was ordered to obtain a substance abuse assessment.
An order for arrest was issued for Dallas Clyde Smart, 24, of 427 A Sugarloaf Road, Boone for failure to appear on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, expired registration and operating a vehicle without insurance.
Conley Elwood Yates, 33, of 14 Clyde Townsend Apartments, Boone pleaded guilty to injury to personal property and sexual battery. He was sentenced to 150 days in jail, 33 active, and two years supervised probation. Yates was ordered to pay restitution within 30 days.

Driving while impaired (DWI) court
Judge Thomas Foster presiding and Gail P. Fannon was prosecuting on behalf of the state.
Zosimo Ortiz Hernandez, 30, of 579 Troy Norris Road, Boone pleaded guilty to DWI. Hernandez was sentenced to 60 days in jail, suspended, 36 months unsupervised probation. All fees were waived and a charge of no operator’s license was dismissed.
July 19-20
Superior criminal court
Judge James L. Baker Jr. presiding and Charles L. Byrd Jr. was prosecuting on behalf of the state. The grand jury was not called for this session.
Jonathan Forest Aubuchont, 24, of 436 West King Street, Boone was charged with felony possession with intent to sell/deliver marijuana and felony maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for purposed related to a controlled substance. He pleaded guilty to possession of one half ounce of marijuana and misdemeanor maintaining a dwelling/vehicle for purposes related to a controlled substance. Aubuchont also pleaded guilty to one charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentencing was consolidated into 45 days in jail, suspended, and 18 months unsupervised probation. He was ordered to submit to warrant less searches and not to be in possession of or use controlled substances. Aubuchont was assessed a $100 fine and court costs.
An order for arrest was issued for Mason Todd Balbier, 26, of 392 Camelot Drive, Banner Elk for failure to appear on one charge of felony larceny. A secured $10,000 bond was set.
James Anthony Beavers, 22, of 526 Stony Fork Road, Ferguson pleaded guilty to possession of a firearm by a felon. He was sentenced to 15-18 months in jail, suspended, 36 months unsupervised probation and 72 hours of community service to be completed within six months. The firearm is to be turned over to the rightful owner. Beavers was assessed a $200 fine, court costs and $1,064.70 in court appointed attorney fees.
Dereck Ray Burkett, 20, of 120 Rochee Oaks Road, Boone pleaded guilty to felony fleeing/eluding arrest with motor vehicle. He was sentenced to 8-10 months in jail, 45 days active, 36 months supervised probation, six months intensive and 72 hours community service to be completed within 180 days. Burkett was assessed a $200 fine, $200 community service fees, $292.50 in court appointed attorney fees and court costs. Charges of DWI, speeding, driving without a license, fictitious,canceled or revoked registration and vehicle seizure were dismissed.
Joshua P. Dellinger, 31, of 1584 Henson Creek Drive, Newland pleaded guilty to two counts of assault on a government official and habitual impaired driving. He was sentenced to 19-23 months in jail and 150 days to run consecutive. Charges of speeding, assault on a government official, driving without a license, driving without a license, drinking beer/wine while driving, possession of stolen property and resisting public officer were dismissed.
Cassandra Jeanette Dula, 26, of 118 White Street, Thomasville pleaded guilty to larceny of a motor vehicle. She was sentenced to 8-10 months in jail with 25 days credit and work release. Evidence seized will be returned to the owner.
