Patient Furman takes on Mountaineers
Appalachian State has seen its share of offenses this year. Wednesday night, the Mountaineers take on a Furman team that has a bit of Ivy League in it. The Paladins (10-9, 4-4 SoCon) will try to knock off the Mountaineers (15-4, 6-2 SoCon) by using their version of the “Princeton Offense,” which includes lots of patience and lots of 3-point shooting. The offense was put in by new coach Jeff Jackson, who replaced Larry Davis last April. Read more.
