Snake Mountain separates great from good

What were they thinking? All the horses under the hood of my editor’s Subaru hardly made it up Snake Mountain Saturday, but the organizers of the Blood, Sweat and Gears 100-miler decided this was a good place to ride bikes. Luckily, the members of the Meat Camp Volunteer Fire Department also thought it was a good place for an unofficial first aid station.
