Providence outslugs Pioneers 20-8
Danny Hignight’s return to Watauga’s baseball field was a successful one.
Hignight, who was an assistant baseball coach with the Pioneers for three seasons, is in his second year as head coach at Charlotte Providence. His Panthers brought plenty of bats Saturday, rapping out 18 hits in their 20-8 victory over the Pioneers.
