'West Side Story'
Blue Ridge Community Theatre will present “West Side Story” Thursday through Sunday, April 14-17, at Appalachian State University's Farthing Auditorium. “It's basically just the retelling of the story of ‘Romeo and Juliet’ in a different setting because that's what it is,” said Alma Ward, the play's producer. Performance times will be 8 p.m. for April 14, 15 and 16, and 2 p.m. for April 17. Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for students, with a $1 discount for advance group sales.
