ASU advances: second round, ASU 63, College of Charleston 60
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — Appalachian State reached the semifinals of the Southern Conference Tournament Thursday night with a 63-60 victory over the College of Charleston at McKenzie Arena. It is the first time the Mountaineers have reached the semifinals since 2000 when they won the tournament and reached the NCAAs.
